Everything in the universe is energy. Everything vibrates at a specific frequency. According to the emotional guidance scale, joy, love, and peace are the highest vibrational emotions. Happiness is a combination of these three emotions, and therefore, it is also a very high vibrational state of being.

3.Include journaling in your morning or evening routine
Another great way to attract happiness is journaling. This practice consists of writing down what you think and feel. Doing this whenever you’re feeling down or bothered by something will help you connect better with your emotions and figure out how you want to deal with the situation you’re going through. However, daily journaling can help you stay in touch with your thoughts and emotions and keep you from getting distracted.
Often, we tend to avoid dealing with what we’re feeling and do other things to distract ourselves. If you make journaling a daily habit, you’ll find more clarity, and you’ll be able to figure out what makes you happy sooner.
4.Let go of negative emotions
If you are looking for a way to attract happiness into your life, nothing will work unless you let go of all the negative emotions that you’re holding on to. It is natural to feel negative emotions from time to time, but holding on to them is a choice! You can also choose to let them go. We often think that if only we had something we’re currently missing, we’d be happy. How often have you thought to yourself that if only you had the money, the job, the car, the house, or the relationship with that person, you’d finally be happy? The Law of Attraction teaches us that when we focus on the lack of something, we attract more lack. If you expect someone else or something else to make you happy, you are essentially focusing on the fact that you don’t have that thing or that person in your life, and that is the reason why you’re not happy. As long as you focus on the lack, you will be unhappy!
If you want to attract happiness into your life, you need to understand that happiness is a choice. You can be a happy person despite your circumstances. Throughout my travels around the world, I’ve met people in very difficult situations, living in tough circumstances, being happier than the people I know who have everything they can want. But, as long as you keep on looking for happiness outside of you, you’ll never find it.

Doing things that fill you with joy is the best way to raise your frequency and, therefore, become a happier person! When you choose to chase after your dreams despite your fears, doubts, or what people tell you, you step into your power and start your journey towards achieving the fulfillment and happiness you’re looking for.
