Do you believe in the Law of Attraction? The concept of the Law of Attraction can still be quite controversial. A lot of people, like me, fully believe in it and practice it daily. But there are still many people who don’t believe in this concept. When I first discovered the Law of Attraction, I was skeptical. After all, this concept states that you have the power to attract anything into your life. At first glance, it sounds too good to be true!
However, when you truly understand the Law of Attraction at a deeper level, you realize that it’s not as simple as it may seem. In this article, I will share what the Law of Attraction is and what it isn’t. I’ll also give you four reasons why I believe in the Law of Attraction and why you should too!
What the Law of Attraction is and what it isn’t
Let’s clarify what the Law of Attraction is and what it isn’t. Most people who don’t believe in the Law of Attraction don’t fully understand this concept. Many people mistake the Law of Attraction with wishful thinking. They think that if the Law of Attraction was true, then we would all have everything we want, and no one would suffer, no one would be poor, and no one would be unhappy. This is not true at all.
The Law of Attraction is not magic. You can’t attract anything into your life just because you really, really want it. Wishing and wanting is just a tiny part of it, but the Law of Attraction is a concept that goes much deeper than that! Unless you decide to investigate it, learn about it and experiment with it with an open mind, you won’t be able to understand it at a level deep enough to undoubtedly believe in it.
Let’s say that you believe that you’re unattractive, and because of that, you will never find love. The Law of Attraction doesn’t mean that if you want to find love and you just imagine your ideal partner a few times, they will suddenly appear out of nowhere. Instead, the Law of Attraction means that you will keep on attracting negative outcomes because of your limiting belief, which motivates you to take action leading to a negative outcome.
In other words, this belief will cause you to take action that affirms it. You will choose to stay home rather than go out on dates. You will doubt anyone who tells you how attractive you are. You will act shy and insecure. These actions will affect what happens next, which is probably staying single for much longer.
With that said, you can now understand that the Law of Attraction doesn’t mean that something will happen just because you want it to happen. Instead, the Law of Attraction is all about rewiring your limiting thoughts and beliefs into positive ones that will make you act and react differently. So, if you replace “I’m unattractive, and that’s why no one loves me” with “I’m beautiful just the way I am, and I deserve to find a healthy and loving relationship. Then you will become more confident, more positive, and more willing to get out there and start meeting people.
4 reasons why I believe in the Law of Attraction
1. My personal experience
I believe in the Law of Attraction because I took the time to learn about it, understand it, and put it into practice. Over time, I was able to manifest and attract many things into my life. I experienced many situations that I considered to be too much of a coincidence. I thought about a friend and bumped into him on the street a few minutes after. I imagined finding a 20 dollar bill on the street, and a few days later, I found one. I was putting my energy and intention into making more money and started finding more income opportunities coming out of nowhere. And these are only a few examples!
2. The voice in our head
We all have that voice in our heads. It is that voice you hear all the time in your head, whispering things to you. We’ve all heard it at some point, but a lot of people struggle to listen to it. This is mostly because we have too much noise in our minds at all times.
This voice is the voice of your Higher Self. This voice guides you and whispers to your ear what your next move should be. When you start to listen to it, magical things start to happen in your life. If the Law of Attraction wasn’t true, we wouldn’t be able to hear that inner voice. And this is the voice that guides us towards taking inspired action towards our desires.
3. Quantum Physics
The Law of Attraction is not science, but it is based on the principles of quantum physics. Quantum physics states that all matter is built from subatomic particles, which constantly vibrate at different frequencies. This vibration produces energy. The Law of Vibration, one of the 12 universal laws, says that everything is energy and everything vibrates at a specific frequency. The Law of Attraction says that we can attract whatever we are a vibrational match to into our lives. Can you see how this relates to quantum physics?
4. NeuroLinguistic Programming (NLP)
Neurolinguistic programming is a behavioral therapy that operates through the conscious use of language to bring about changes in someone’s thoughts and behavior. The key of the Law of Attraction concept is replacing limiting, self-sabotaging, and overall negative thoughts and beliefs with healthy, positive thoughts and beliefs, much like NLP. Shifting your mindset in such a way will allow you to perceive your current reality and future possibilities in a completely different way. Therefore, shifting your perspective from negative to positive will motivate you to act differently and make better choices that will lead you to a positive outcome.
Everyone has the right to choose what they believe in. While I truly believe in the Law of Attraction, you may choose not to for various reasons. The Law of Attraction is gaining more and more believers, but it remains widely misunderstood. Remember that you are responsible for your own beliefs, and don’t let anyone else dictate what you should believe in.
